Life’s Play

What play is this and what path awaits?
Though my eyes see, I’m blind to fate.
My master leads my heart with care
Shattering chains of fear and tears.

My happiness and needs he fulfills
My destination unfolds to his will
My bread and butter he daily gives,
Quenching my thirst, in joy I live.

My wicked actions he’s pardoned with grace
How can I praise you, who never forsakes?
Your love is gentle, like a mother forgiving.
My lord is generous, blissful, deeply loving.
